A huge thanks for our friends at Wisconsin
Barbell of Milwaukee for a great NAS Strongman contest last

to thank Coach Jianping Ma for an awesome 2.5 hour workshop on
Saturday. I know everyone who attended had a great time and learned

Thanks to the athletes
who participated in our winter Speed and Agility Clinic. The clinic
was a huge success and we also wish to thank our college athletes
who helped coach and made the clinic possible.

Hats off to the got
strength members who participated in this years National Hoover
Ball Championship in West Branch. All five of our teams competing
did a fantastic job and had a blast. Among our accolades one of
our female teams placed 3rd, Team
Crush It! placed 2nd in both 4 and 6 lb events, Team
Destroyer made the playoffs and took down some top ranked
teams in both 4-pound and 6-pound and Team
Hoover Envy took 1st in the 6-pound on Sunday.
Congratulations to
Tim Simpson, Bo Bower, and Jack Rummells for all placing 1st in
their weight class divisions at the Iowa
State Olympic Weightlifting meet in Des Moines.
